The Campaign Planning Manager designs customer engagement campaigns and programs, develops the mechanics and success metrics, shapes desired customer experiences and follows through to effective execution and thorough campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and pursue improvements. The role entails collaboration with cross-functional teams for smooth campaign/program launches, effective work plan management and resolution of execution blockers towards maximum productivity in achieving customer and business results.
