Key Responsibilities
Direct Customer Engagement:
- Own responsibility for landing commercial agreements for software analytics products at specific named customers
- Conduct in-person and remote meetings to understand client requirements, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Travel to customer sites for 1-2 weeks at a time to become fully embedded in customer processes.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, acting as their advocate within Cohu while turning them into advocates for Cohu software.
Pre-Sales Activities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and create a strategic plan for Cohu analytics within each customer
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
