As the Senior Manager /Manager, Digital Merchandising, you will lead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.Establish the approach for Digital Merchandising at Aritzia.Deliver a seamless customer journey across both Web and App in service of the product and content.Determine how digital experiences come to life over a Season, Event, and Evergreen.Define and implement site experience strategies informed by analytics, customer insights, and UX best practices.Ensure the right architecture, product, and content goes live at the right time, in the right way.
