Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is hiring a Coordinator, Ontario Digital Sales for a hybrid role that supports the Ontario Digital Sales team. The coordinator will use strong administrative, technical, and organizational skills to keep high-volume digital sales operations running smoothly, support advisors, audit policies for quality and accuracy, and help deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Ontario Digital Sales team
  • Manage and support digital sales workflows, including intake, triage, and file progression
  • Work closely with Advisors to ensure files are accurate, complete, and handled efficiently
  • Conduct policy audits and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with underwriting guidelines
