Job Summary
Responsible for driving the creation and activation of new travel agencies and users on the Bedsonline platform, ensuring high-quality onboarding and training before transitioning them to long-term account management. The role also focuses on promoting the platform through consistent client engagement to meet interaction targets, while supporting digital transformation by encouraging early adoption of self‑service tools and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- To acquire and activate new travel agencies using a mix of digital programmes and targeted phone/video calls and webinars
- Managing a large influx of e‑registration leads via Salesforce (creation and conversion)
- Complete a certain number of interactions and generated tasks per week with new clients to train and activate them on Bedsonline
- Assist clients in becoming self‑sufficient on our operating systems and processes
