About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy
Digital Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant
to support the business owner of a fast-growing software and web development agency and help keep projects and daily operations on track.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable using AI/LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to research, problem-solve, and execute tasks independently. While this is not a senior developer role, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and initiative are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the owner's calendar, priorities, and daily workflow
- Assign and monitor tasks for the owner using
