• Strategize, Implement and maintain initiatives that adhere to organizational digital objectives
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality and performance
• Act as single point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long term partnerships
• Oversee project teams and ensure client goals are reached
