Product Ownership & Digital Journeys
Own all card-related customer journeys across mobile and digital platforms, including onboarding, issuance, activation, PIN management, controls, and lifecycle actions
Continuously optimize UI/UX, conversion funnels, and feature adoption across card types
Strategy & Roadmap
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer and commercial card issuance
