Digital Product Lead

The Prospect working on the-Product will be responsible for driving digital consumer experience for in-house and customer products, including web, mobile app, chatbot, and WhatsApp. They will collaborate with internal, business, and external stakeholders to ensure the development and delivery of digital products, optimize digital touchpoints, and drive digital KPIs through testing and analysis. The role requires a strong focus on digitizing experiences, measuring impact, and collaborating with various teams to enhance digital products and offerings.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management or related field
• 5-8 years of work experience, tech, product or related industry would be great.
