Role Responsibilities

As a key member of Western Union’s Digital Pricing team, this role focuses on leveraging business and market data to drive pricing performance and inform strategic decisions across the digital business.

The role combines advanced analytics with commercial thinking, acting as both a data expert and thought partner to business leaders. You will help translate complex data insights into impactful pricing initiatives in a highly visible, global fintech environment.

  • Develop advanced customer analytics using SQL/Snowflake, delivering customer segmentation based on lifecycle and behavioural attributes
  • Drive adoption of LTV-based decision-making to balance pricing efforts across customer acquisition and retention
  • Design and implement innovative pricing methodologies, including dynamic pricing models and machine learning approaches
