Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Performance & Data Specialist with a strong business and analytical mindset to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of our entire digital ecosystem — from paid media campaigns to CRM integration and website performance.
This role does not execute campaigns directly (we work with external agencies), but is fully responsible for supervising, auditing, and ensuring that all implementations are technically sound, performance-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic, in coordination with external agencies.
Audit campaign implementation to ensure accuracy in creatives, pricing, assets, conversion events, tracking, and overall configuration.
Monitor daily lead flow and proactively detect real-time anomalies (volume drops, tracking issues, unassigned leads, CRM inconsistencies, etc.).
