The Senior Digital Performance Architect defines and engineers the performance architecture of the Digital Solutions Group (DSG). This role establishes how value, quality, predictability, efficiency, and AI‑driven cost structures are measured across product, engineering, operations, partnerships, and AI initiatives.

The role enables empowered teams to operate autonomously within clear, data‑driven guardrails by embedding outcome‑based measurement models and eliminating fragmented or redundant reporting. This position is foundational to DSG's transformation toward outcome‑driven performance management.
