About the Role
As a Digital Optimisation Specialist, you’ll drive experimentation and performance uplift across the BOQ Group’s websites and mobile apps. You’ll design, implement and analyse A/B and multivariate tests that improve user experience, lift conversion rates and support business growth.
Working within the Digital and Marketing team, you’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, UX, Data & Analytics, Product and Technology teams to deliver a structured, insight‑led optimisation program aligned to strategic priorities. You’ll take ownership of test setup and execution — from hypothesis creation and segmentation through to configuration, analysis and reporting.
