What’s the role
 
We’re seeking a Digital Optimisation Manager to join the Data, Digital & AI Business & Wealth team. This role will be responsible for driving optimisation and performance uplift across our websites, banking applications, and digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities include

• Collaborate with LoB Service Owners to formulate and drive digital sales or service strategies and plans, translating strategy into tactics that will drive measurable business and customer results
• Support and drive customer journey understanding for digital including quantitative research, and translating insights into solid business opportunities
• Leverage analytics tools such as Adobe, Tableau and SEO tools to measure and optimise funnels. Work with key squad members and partners to optimise each stage of the funnel.
