Job Summary

The bCom Analyst allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them. The primary services provided are: Accounts creation, modification and closure for the bCom site. This position requires a high level of customer service, prioritization and teamwork skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

Specifically, the position will be responsible for the task completion pertaining to 3M’s bCom customer management systems and website development platforms in Asia, while aligning with local, regional & global practices.

1. Customer account maintenance in VSRM/bCom and Salesforce: 

A. Creating new accounts 

B. Updating existing accounts 

C. Deactivations and reactivations

D. Granting user access
 

2. Processing changes to business objects, like accounts, contacts, within VSRM application.
