Digital Marketing Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer who can train newly joined freshers and guide them in executing digital marketing strategies for our clothing e-commerce brand.
This role requires strong practical knowledge and the ability to simplify concepts for beginners while building a structured execution system.
Key Responsibilities:
Train freshers on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
Teach fundamentals and execution of SEO (keyword research, on-page, technical basics, content structure)
Train and implement Email Marketing campaigns (flows, automation, segmentation, newsletters)
Develop structured learning modules and practical assignments
Connect via Microsoft Teams / Outlook for coordination and regular sessions
Assign tasks, review performance, and provide feedback
Help build SOPs and workflow systems for the marketing team
Support overall e-commerce growth strategy
