About the Role:

We are a rapidly growing vacation rental management franchise expanding across the U.S. Our Franchise Development team plays a key role in driving this growth by attracting, nurturing, and converting prospective franchise owners.

In addition to franchise development, this role also supports homeowner acquisition marketing for multiple corporate locations through direct mail, email marketing, social media, and content creation.

We are seeking a skilled marketer who understands that decisions around franchising and property management are emotional and personal—and knows how to communicate that authentically.
