Requirements

  • Has built or grew a skincare or cosmetics brand in Pakistan
  • Can lead a team
  • Understands how Pakistani women discover, trust, and buy skincare
  • Knows how to position a brand, plan campaigns, and brief a team
  • Can read performance data and make decisions from it — Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify
  • If you have done this before in skincare, we want to talk. If you haven't, this role is not for you.
