  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Manage and update hotel website content (including SEO optimization).
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok, etc.).
  • Write and edit marketing content in both English and Thai (must be able to read and write Thai fluently).
  • Manage online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance and website analytics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Rooms, Wellness, Sales) for promotions and campaigns.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and agencies to ensure brand consistency.
