DevLearn Dynamics is expanding, and we're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to help us scale our IT & software services globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with posts creations(LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Email)
Generate qualified leads for software development, AI & healthcare systems
Manage LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation
Optimize ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Maintain CRM and lead tracking reports
Coordinate with sales and management teams
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing & lead generation
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator & paid ads
Experience in IT services / software industry (preferred)
Excellent communication & follow-up skills
