Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer who can create content, appear on camera, and run paid advertising campaigns end-to-end. This role is for someone who is both creative and performance-driven — comfortable behind the camera and inside Ads Manager.
You'll be responsible for filming short-form content, managing campaigns, and continuously improving results through testing and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & On-Camera Talent
Plan, shoot, and film short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, ads)
Appear on camera as a brand talent (talking head, voiceover, lifestyle shots)
Work with simple setups (phone, mic, basic lighting)
Edit or oversee editing of content for social and paid ads
Create content aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Set up, manage, and optimise paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google if applicable)
Launch and manage campaigns from strategy to execution
