About the Role

PlanetSpark is looking for experienced and passionate Freelance Video Course Creators to build high-quality, end-to-end video-based courses in Communication Skills and Soft Skills.

This role involves complete ownership of course creation—from curriculum design and scripting to recording, publishing, and CMS management. The content will be designed in a micro-learning format to ensure high learner engagement and retention.

Course Structure

• 15 lessons per course
• Each lesson broken into 5 short videos approx (2 minutes each)
• Micro-learning, high-retention format
