Responsibilities
Develop clear and structured training materials aligned with product releases and updates;
Create user guides, process walkthroughs, and other supporting content;
Maintain consistent instructional design standards across all materials;
Audit and update existing training content as product functionality evolves;
IDentify gaps in user adoption by analyzing feedback from customer success teams. ,
