Job Description
A Digital Learning and Development (L&D) Head, he/she will designs, implements, and manages technology-enhanced training, often leveraging AI-driven tools, LMS platforms, and digital content to foster a culture of continuous learning. They align training initiatives with organizational goals—such as digital transformation and, specifically for Digital Science, supporting open, collaborative, and innovative research.
