Job Description

TheDigital Lead is responsible for overseeing all of the Digital team’s efforts. This includes managing a team of digital strategists and community managers to develop and implement an overall digital strategy suitable to the needs of our clients.

The Head of Digital may also be tasked with developing new digital marketing initiatives or campaigns, as well as analyzing the performance of existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
  • Establishes client confidence and trust in the digital team
  • Familiarize oneself with the scope of work of all accounts of the Digital team
  • Attends and drives client meeting while showing expertise
  • Ensures that Digital team’s deliverables are on-time and of high quality
  • Reports progress of deliverables and escalates issues, if any, to company executives
