Your primary focus will be on leveraging Power Automate to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance efficiency within our HR department.

What you'll be doing day to day

Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas where automation can improve workflows.
Design, develop, and implement Power Automate flows to automate manual processes such as employee onboarding, leave requests, and data entry.
Create and maintain documentation for Power Automate processes, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
