• Project Leadership – Lead the full lifecycle of data and cloud governance projects (Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Analytics, and FinOps), managing scope, timeline, budget, and risks.
• FinOps Implementation – Implement and operationalize FinOps programs focused on cost optimization, aiming to achieve benchmark financial efficiency.
