About the role


This role leads the planning and execution of the app and web tech roadmap to elevate the D2C customer experience and drive business growth. It blends product thinking, user understanding, analytics, and cross‑functional execution to ensure a seamless, high‑performing digital journey across the app and website.


What you’ll do


  1. Drive the short‑term and long‑term app/web tech roadmap and partner with tech teams to deliver timely enhancements.
  2. Identify user pain points through multiple stakeholder connects and design high‑impact solutions backed by measurable business outcomes.
  3. Build, launch, and drive adoption of features that strengthen customer LTV and improve D2C scale.
