Digital Engagement Manager

Job overview

The Digital Engagement Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of Digital Training and Engagement Officers to support digital adoption, end-user enablement and digital training across the Trust. The post holder will work across clinical and non-clinical services to improve digital literacy, increase staff confidence, support consistent use of core systems and reduce unnecessary administrative burden.

The post holder will provide a highly visible, proactive, practical and inclusive digital support presence across services. This will include formal and informal training, floor-walking, coaching, local drop-ins, shadowing staff in their workplace and using user experience and service design approaches to understand end-to-end user journeys, review workflows and improve how staff interact with digital systems.
