Overview:
We are seeking an Endpoint Management Technician to support and maintain a modern, multi‑OS device environment. This role focuses on device troubleshooting, Intune administration, M365 support, and ticket management within an ITSM platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer‑focused, and comfortable working across multiple operating systems and enterprise tools.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for endpoints across Windows 11+, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android.
+ Manage and support devices through Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployments, and conditional access–related support.
+ Assist with additional endpoint platforms such as SCCM and JAMF (preferred but not required).
+ Support end users with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and general identity and authentication basics.
