**Must be currently enrolled full time in a university degree program pursing a bachelors or masters degree. Must not have graduated before September 2026 and not after May 2027.**

Renesas is looking for a talented student to join our team as a Digital Design Engineer Intern at our Duluth / John's Creek Georgia location. In this role, you will contribute to the digital design of our next generation high-speed DDR memory interface IC products by taking on well-defined tasks under the mentorship of our engineers. Your responsibilities may include:
+ Development of a small functional block, including documentation, RTL and simulation
+ Running lint, CDC/RDC checking, and logical equivalence checking tools
+ Development of RTL generation scripts
+ Automated data processing to bridge between tools
