Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize digital use cases based on company strategies, operational needs, supply chain and business value.Lead the design through cross-functional team, execution and evaluation of proof-of-concept projects to validate digital solutions.Work towards adoption of digital tools at the point of application, ensuring integration into daily operations (learn to roll out).Maintain and evolve a global catalogue of validated digital solutions, including use cases and deployment status.Collaborate with global and regional teams across manufacturing, IT and finance to ensure successful implementation/value.Monitor performance of deployed solutions and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.Ensure digital initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and scalable across the enterprise.Support capability building and knowledge sharing ...
