Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Category Management and Pricing, you will provide administrative, analytic, reporting and general support to the Digital Database & Product (DDP) Manager and Category Managers (CMs). This role has specific responsibility for management of the company’s B2B House Brand accidental damage warranty program and for assisting with maintaining the company’s Product Information Management (PIM) system, as well as other activities.

Based: Either in Southam or Micheldever Station Near Winchester

Key Responsibilities

Category Management (est. 25%)

  • Management of the B2B House Brand accidental damage warranty programs; processing and monitoring claims against KPI’s and raising credits. Issue timely reports to the relevant stakeholders. Notify sales agents and CMs of exceptions and trends.
