Job Description

  • The desired candidate should have 10 years of experience in creating appealing designs with proficiency in digital design tools
  • Should have a sound understanding of user-centric design, prototyping, and performance testing
  • Experience working with directors, marketing managers, and other business function heads, along with good work ethic and personal accountability
  • Should have a portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity
  • Must have proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Figma, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Should be a self-motivator with the ability to work confidently, independently, and as part of a team
  • Preferred to have a tertiary qualification in digital design or a similar field (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams
