Digital Creative Designer (Canada)

We're a small, hands-on digital marketing agency looking for a Digital Creative Designer — a true multidisciplinary designer who owns everything visual across our client work, from concept all the way through to what actually goes live. You'll create the visual assets that power data-driven marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, and you'll implement them yourself: building emails in Klaviyo, publishing social content through HeyOrca, and bringing web designs to life on Shopify and WordPress with support from our development team.

You'll collaborate closely with our marketing strategists, analysts, and content creators — translating complex ideas and data insights into clear, engaging visuals, always consistent with client brand guidelines. Because we're a small team, this is an all-hands-on-deck role: everyone builds, everyone ships, and no one hides behind that's not my job.
