Our BrainBox AI Workplace Presence model dedicates specific in‑office days each month to focus on relationships, learning and innovation. This role is desk‑based, with no fieldwork required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Technical Operations: oversee system architecture, configuration, and integration for Cloud BMS deployments; lead remote troubleshooting, optimization, and commissioning for IoT devices, HVAC controls, lighting, and refrigeration systems; ensure platform reliability, uptime, and performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Design, develop, and test control programs and sequences for IoT devices and building automation systems; act as subject‑matter expert in cloud‑based building automation, control logic, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.).
