Job Description
- Manages multiple projects and prioritize work to effectively meet project goals and deadlines
- Design and develop e-learning courses using tools like VYOND, Moodle Articulate 360, Availlian, iSpring, Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint/LMS platforms or similar.
- Focus on content development—with great attention to details and technical accuracy. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
- Uphold product standards, ensuring consistency in terminology, punctuation, grammar, tone and style
- Adhere to and contribute to project governance (project schedules, tools, documentation, risk management, open issues, etc.)
- Regularly document progress and completion of work using collaboration, workflow and ticketing tools
- Collaborate with other creative stakeholders such as editors, vendors, senior digital content editors.
