We help leading pharma companies, like Novartis, Takeda, Abbott, and Gilead, produce compliant, high-quality digital content at scale. Our Content Services team works directly with customers to deliver production-ready content built on the Shaman platform, including setting up brand design systems, template systems, and graphics libraries.
The Role
We're looking for a Content Production Specialist for our Content Services team. You'll start as a hands-on production specialist, building and maintaining reusable content templates across Shaman's HTML and canvas-based editors, and handling the digital asset work that underpins our customers' content programs.
Beyond production, you'll take ownership of the planning and quality of incoming content services requests, and help shape and improve the workflows and documentation that make the team run smooth...
