**Role: Digital Content Manager**
**Location: Onsite Critical Role in Santa Clara, CA**
**Duration: 6+ months**
**Required Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital Media, etc.
**Top 5 Required Skills:**
+ 5+ years in digital content production, content operations, or program coordination in a B2B technology environment
+ Hands-on familiarity with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) as a publishing and content environment
+ Comfortable working in Figma to review design comps and provide informed feedback on content-layout interaction.
+ Understanding of UX content principles and how messaging hierarchy shapes page design decisions
+ Strong communicator with a natural instinct for clarity over assumption; skilled at translating between content, design, and product marketing perspectives across cross functional teams.
