Key Result Areas

Responsibilities:

• Ability to independently create EDMs (e-mailers) and banners for website & mobile app, design and edit using Adobe Photoshop as per brand guidelines and without compromising on quality
• Creation of HTML EDMs and coding for customer communications that can be sent from dedicated email, ensure campaign tracking is in place
• Ability to conceptualize and represent product/proposition into digital banners, SMS and EDMs to communicate to our customers in line with the marketing objectives
• Excellent knowledge of web/digital technology and tools to measure effectiveness and insights / results from the direct marketing campaign, and share this with the product marketing team and segments as learnings to improve upcoming campaigns
• Liaise with all business segments and Business Analytics unit to organize the calendar and execution of EDMs, SMS, push notifications & in-app banners on Mashreq Mobile & Online ...
