Digital Cloud Solution Architect – Security(Mandarin Bilingual)

The Digital CSA for MS Security E5 drives measurable customer outcomes by aligning technical delivery to strategic business objectives across Data Security, Threat Protection (XDR), and Identity/Zero Trust. This role supports how to operationalize the full Microsoft Security E5 suite (Purview, Defender XDR, Entra/Zero Trust) and deliver tangible risk reduction, compliance, and operational excellence. The CSA partners with stakeholders to define success criteria, co-create outcome-focused plans, and ensure every engagement accelerates time-to-value, de-risks adoption, and supports the customer’s transformation journey. Complex or deep-dive needs are handed off to Unified Delivery or specialized teams as required.
