Proclinical Group is seeking an experienced clinical operations professional to lead a major transformation of our client’s clinical delivery model in Madrid. You will define priorities, drive AI-enabled automation and oversee a portfolio of digital initiatives that improve efficiency and quality.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, AI/tech partners and operations to translate workflows into scalable digital solutions, measuring impact and ensuring practical adoption on site.
