CRITICAL CATALYST is looking for a professional with a strong data, process, and change-management mindset to lead our internal digital transformation and implement a company-wide Digital Business Development (BD) Strategy.
This role is for someone who blends People & Culture thinking with operational rigor: mapping how we work today, designing the future state, digitizing and dematerializing end-to-end processes, building management intelligence (KPIs/dashboards), and ensuring real impact and adoption across the company.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an BD Specialist – Digital Transformation & Business Development Intelligence (Analytics & Enablement), based in Matosinhos – Porto, with flexibility for remote work.
You will work closely with management and delivery teams to structure our digital transformation roadmap and build a scalable digital BD engine (processes, tools, metrics, routines, and enablement).
