Own the clarity and definition of a product area throughout its lifecycle (. journeys, features, personas), to enable iterative delivery in line with product strategy, and ensuring requirements support scalable, modular, and high-quality solutions.Elicit, analyse, and document requirements, translating user needs, business rules, and regulatory constraints into actionable, scalable solutions.Define high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria using story slicing, BDD, INVEST principles; Lead refinement and grooming sessions to ensure shared understanding and delivery readiness.Drive user-centric solutions by collaborating with UX and Design to define user journeys, behaviours, and experience requirements,...
