L2 Application Support Engineer
with strong experience in
Digital Banking and Core Banking Applications
. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing mission-critical banking applications built on
Java and Oracle technologies
, ensuring high availability, performance, and stability of systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide
  L2 application support
  for Digital Banking and Core Banking Foundation applications.
• Analyze and resolve
  application incidents, service requests, and production issues
  within SLA.
• Perform
  root cause analysis (RCA)
  and implement permanent fixes.
• Support applications built using
  Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
  frameworks.
• Work with
  Oracle databases
  , including SQL query analysis and performance tuning.
• Handle
  XML-based integrations
  and service troubleshooting.
