About the role

As a Digital Analytics Capability Lead, you will play a key role in building and scaling digital analytics capabilities to support the European and InterContinental business. You will partner closely with the Global Omnichannel team to enable actionable insights that enhance customer engagement and campaign performance. Through capability building, innovation and strong cross‑functional collaboration, you will help elevate UCB’s omnichannel maturity and drive meaningful impact for patients and healthcare professionals.
