Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Analytics & Insights

• Lead analytics efforts using CleverTap and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track, measure, and optimize user behavior across app and web.
• Deploy GTM tags to track events & parameters for analytics platforms.
• Define and implement custom events, parameters, and funnels to capture meaningful user interactions.
• Build, maintain, and automate performance dashboards and internal reporting using
• Looker Studio and other visualization tools.
• Translate complex data into actionable business insights and growth opportunities.

Martech & Automation Management

• Own and manage the CleverTap platform, including automation journeys, segmentation, in-app notifications, and pop-ups.
