What you will be doing

Digital Adoption Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute a digital adoption roadmap aligned with business goals and platform engineering strategy.

  • Lead the rollout of digital adoption platforms (DAPs) and in-app guidance tools to improve onboarding, proficiency, and engagement 

  • Partner with product owners and engineering teams to embed adoption metrics into platform KPIs.

    • Employee Experience Design

  • Champion a human-centric approach to digital experience, informed by behavioural insights and user feedback 

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and business analysts to optimise workflows and reduce digital friction 

  • Use analytics to identify pain points and continuously improve the digital journey.

    • Change Enablement & Training

  • Design and deliver training programmes, toolkits, and communications to support digital transformation initiatives...
