Paid Media – Search Specialist (Lead Generation & E-commerce)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns for Lead Generation and E-commerce accounts.
  • Manage full-funnel performance marketing strategies (awareness to conversion).
  • Drive qualified leads with strong CPL targets.
  • Optimize E-commerce campaigns to improve ROAS, AOV, and conversion rate.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Create compelling ad copies and test multiple variations (A/B testing).
  • Implement conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and event tracking.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve campaign results.
  • Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling strategies effectively.
