Position Summary
The Diffusion Team Representative at SAS is responsible for Equipment and Process team members providing them with guidance, technical decision making and people development aligned with departmental strategy. This role requires understanding of Diffusion processes and equipment. Highly motivated in mentoring and leading both Engineering and Technician teams. They will lead daily operations work as well as long term technical improvements. Effectively communicate within department and top leadership.Role and Responsibilities
